Educational use
Nodava is designed to help you learn about your lab results and prepare for conversations with your healthcare provider.
What Nodava is
Nodava is an educational tool that translates lab report data into plain-language explanations. It is intended to help you understand what each biomarker means, why it matters, and what questions you might want to ask your provider.
What Nodava is not
- Nodava is not a diagnostic tool. It cannot tell you whether you have a disease or condition.
- Nodava is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider. It does not replace the clinical judgment of a physician, nurse, or other licensed professional.
- Nodava does not recommend treatments, medications, or dosages.
- Nodava does not interpret your results in the context of your full medical history, medications, or symptoms. Only your provider can do that.
How to use it well
Use Nodava as a starting point for learning. Read the explanations, note the next steps, and bring your questions to your next appointment. Your provider can explain how your results fit into the bigger picture of your health.
If something feels wrong
If you are experiencing symptoms, pain, or a medical emergency, contact your provider or call your local emergency number right away. Do not wait for a lab report or rely on an app for urgent care.
