When you create a Nodava account you agree to the documents below. They are written to be readable, and they all apply together. Last updated July 30, 2026.
The short version
- Nodava is informational and educational only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for your healthcare provider.
- Nodava is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not a medical record system. Do not rely on it for urgent or emergency care.
- Your uploaded PDF or photo is analyzed once and then deleted. Only the extracted results stay in your record.
- You control your data: you can delete any report, or your entire account, at any time.
